工作简历

1.     19907-19974月在中山大学生物工程研究中心李宝健教授实验室从事植物分子生物学和植物基因工程科研、教学工作,199210月聘为中山大学助理研究员。

研究兴趣

主要从事木本油料能源植物的基因功能与分子育种研究。目前的主要研究材料是生物燃油原料植物小桐子 (又称为麻疯树,Jatropha curcas) 和富含a-亚麻酸(一种Omega-3脂肪酸)的木本食用油料植物星油藤(又称为美藤果,Plukenetia volubilis)。

主要研究成果:

   2007年以前系统地进行了植物蛋白酶抑制剂的基因表达调控、生理功能及其在抗虫植物基因工程和转基因植物生物反应器方面的应用研究。在茄科植物龙葵(Solanum americanum)中发现了2个新型的植物II型蛋白酶抑制剂(PIN2) 基因SaPIN2aSaPIN2b。与以前普遍认为的PIN2只在植物被伤害(昆虫取食或机械损伤)时才能诱导表达不同,SaPIN2a在韧皮部中组成型地特异表达,其mRNA在伴胞细胞中累积,但其蛋白质定位于筛管分子细胞内;SaPIN2a可能参与调控筛管分子细胞的分化发育。SaPIN2b则在腺性毛状体细胞中组成型地特异表达,参与调控腺性毛状体细胞的分化发育。这些研究结果表明PIN2在植物细胞分化和生长 发育过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现在转基因植物中超量表达植物蛋白酶抑制剂可以显著地降低植物细胞内源蛋白酶的活性,提出了可以利用转基因表达的植物蛋白酶抑制剂保护在植物细胞中表达的外源重组蛋白,提高转基因植物生物反应器的产量。该方法已获得美国专利授权(USA Patent 7256327, 第二发明人),被国际同行认为是减少重组蛋白在植物细胞内被降解的有效方法之一。

   2007年以后主要从事木本油料能源植物的基因功能与分子育种研究。建立了农杆菌导的能源植物小桐子(Jatropha curcas)的基因转化方法,已获得中国专利授权(专利号: ZL201010252415.X), 并申请了国际专利(申请号: PCT/CN2010/001376)。研究发现采用细胞分裂素处理能源植物小桐子可以诱导增加总花数、产生两性花、提高雌花比例、增加果实数量,显著地提高种子产量;该技术已获得中国专利授权(专利号: ZL201010105031.5) 和印度专利授权 (Indian Patent No. 297274),并申请了国际专利 (申请号PCT/CN2010/000224)。研究发现采用细胞分裂素处理也可诱导美藤果花序上的雄花转变为雌花,一定浓度的BA可诱导出全雌花的花序,且在同一枝条上可诱导出多个多雌花的花序,可显著提高美藤果的结果数量;该技术已获得中国发明专利授权(专利号: ZL201310472646.5)。另外,研究发现与一年生草本植物不同,多年生木本植物在茎分枝调控机理方面更复杂,涉及到赤霉素与其他植物激素的相互作用,赤霉素可以显著地促进小桐子和番木瓜等10多种木本植物分枝的生长。

   作为项目负责人已先后主持过包括6个国家自然科学基金项目, 2个国家高技术研究发展计划 (863计划)项目等30多个科研课题的研究工作。已在中国科学, Plant & Cell Physiology, Plant Molecular Biology, Planta, BMC Genomics, BMC Plant Biology, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Industrial Crops and Products等国内外专业期刊发表100多篇学术论文,其中66篇被SCI收录,共计被引用800余次,Web of ScienceH指数是18;申请国内发明专利13项,已获授权7项,已转让4项;申请国际专利3项,已获授权2项。作为第二完成人,获得小桐子的云南省林木良种证书1个、新品种注册登记证书2个。作为第二项目完成人荣获中国产学研合作促进会颁发的2014年度“中国产学研合作创新成果奖”。目前是国际学术期刊Plant Signaling & Behavior 和国内学术期刊《分子植物育种》的编委,兼任国家生物柴油产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会的副主任。
